The MBG01 grinder is designed to prepare cast iron and steel samples for spectrographic analysis. The grinding procedure is PLC controlled and gives reproducible flat surfaces. The MBG01 is easy to operate with automatic sample input and output. The MBG01 has several selectable grinding programs.

The PLC-system of the MBG01 allows control of the grinding belt speed and direction as well as different system functions. The MBG01 has an integrated dust exhauster that can be optional connected to an external exhaust system. Special harden material of the grinding belt base.
